Genatsvale, Dubai’s first alcohol-licensed Georgian restaurant, has been serving authentic, tradition-rooted cuisine at East Palm Views, Palm Jumeirah, for over a year, offering a true taste of Georgia in the heart of the city.

And, with the launch of its Saturday brunch, Genatsvale is introducing a new way for diners to experience Georgian cuisine, complete with a mix of hot and cold starters, main courses, and desserts.

Genatsvale is operated by Success Hospitality Group, which is known for delivering immersive dining concepts inspired by rich culinary traditions. The group is also behind Grand ZOR at Fairmont The Palm and Grand ZOR Bluewaters, both of which highlight Uzbek and Mediterranean influences.

At Genatsvale, the focus is on authentic Georgian cooking with a modern twist, where dishes are prepared using fresh, imported ingredients and time-honoured techniques. The menu features Georgian staples such as Khachapuri (cheese bread), Khinkali (dumplings), Lamb Shashlik and Kharcho soup, offering guests a true taste of the country.

Adding to the experience is the restaurant’s thoughtfully curated wine selection, featuring exclusive Georgian labels alongside renowned vintages from around the world. In the evenings, the atmosphere comes alive with performances by live Georgian musicians, bringing an authentic touch to the dining experience. With a fully licensed bar, Genatsvale is the first restaurant in Dubai to offer authentic Georgian food paired with exclusive Georgian wines and spirits.
